Ok beside varrock east Bank entrance thier is a whole bunch of trees and a Few oaks. Cut down those trees until level 15. This should take about 10-15minutes.

~Level 15-30~
Cut Down Oaks Till Level 35 In Draynor Cause It will Save About 5 Minutes instead of doing it in seers So It will take about 30 Minutes.

~Level 30-70~
Cut Down The Willows Till 70 In Draynor Cause It will Save About 2 Hours instead of doing it in seers So It will take A While.

~Level 70-99~
Go Buy A Dragon Axe And cut Down Maples and sell them for 100 each. The best place is behind seers bank so thier.
