Dear fellow pirates, quite a lot of you must have more than one character in one account; here is a regulation on Character Deleting & Restore, we hope you could take a look and keep it in mind.

If you have already got 3 characters on one server with a same account and still want to create new character, you can delete an old character first: click “delete” and then enter the right Security Code, the character you choose will be deleted successfully!

If a character whose level is below 50 is deleted, it will be deleted permanently and can never be restored; If a character whose level is 50 or above is deleted, its data will be kept for 30 days. During the 30 days, if you want to restore your character, you can submit application to Live Support, we will do our best to restore it in 7-10 working days.
