The servers were brought down today to address an issue with Cash Shop items. At this time some Cash Shop users who purchased Cash Shop items previous to the server check today may have lost some of these items.

We have extensive records of cash shop usage, and we are currently working to fix all customers that have been affected by this issue. We ask for your patience while we work to have this corrected.
