Introduction

Imps	Various creatures around RuneScape have chosen the bravest and strongest Champions of their race, to fight for them in an arena beneath the Champions Guild. Around the edges of the arena are sat mystery figures - the “Champion of Champions”. The Champion of Champions will only challenge you after you have fought ALL of the lower champions. The lower champions are far too lowly to have a seat in the arena… but will challenge you when you have made yourself known as an enemy of their race. While fighting your way through the different monsters of RuneScape, you may find that one of these may drop a message from one of these Champion’s, challenging you to a duel. These drops are totally random, so getting a message from a monster after a battle will be rare. This makes it very difficult to defeat all of the lower ten champions. There are only ten races of monsters that will randomly drop these scrolls. Once you have been challenged take your scroll to the arena to await your duel. Once you have fought and defeated one of the lower champions, you will not be able to receive another scroll from the same race.	Goblins

Location

The Champions arena is located under the Champions Guild. To access the arena you have to go down through the trapdoor under the stairs.

Necessary Requirements

You must have 32 Quest points in order to enter the Champions Guild.

Recommended Items

Every champion you face will have certain conditions for that battle.

For example, when fighting the lesser demon champion, you cannot bring weapons or armour in to aid you in this battle.

Please note: If you die in the Champions Challenge Arena, you will die as normal, losing your items and returning to Lumbridge or Falador.

Content

Once you enter the arena you will meet the doorman Larxus. Use the scroll that you obtained from the monster drop with him, he will inform you that the champion of champions for that race has challenged you to a fight. He will then tell you the conditions based upon this battle, giving you one last chance to back out. If you accept, you have to go through a trapdoor behind the champion statue to enter the arena ring. Now go through the door and begin your fight.

There are ten lower level champions that you battle with before you can face the Champion of Champions, though remember, it will not be so easy once you hear what restrictions are placed onto each battle.

The Champion Of Champions

Once you have defeated all ten lower champions, speak to Larxus who will inform you that the first “Champion of Champions” has challenged you to battle. Prove your worth and defeat him in combat

Rewards

When you defeat a lower champion you will receive experience for both the Slayer and Hitpoints skills. The amount of experience you receive will depend on which level of champion you are fighting. The higher the level of the champion, the more experience will be gained when it is defeated.

Once you have defeated one of the ten champions, a banner will be displayed on the north wall, detailing your victory with that champion. As you defeat more champions, more banners will appear, until you have defeated all ten.

Once you have defeated the Champion of Champions, you will have proved yourself as a true champion of RuneScape.
