First of all master only one skill! Choose between the two. All in all
this skills is fairly equal. it’s a matter of deciding which do you
like most (I know if I say that, it doesn’t help much in deciding,
lol). So just to say this, no matter what you choose between the two,
you’ll end up fine! It doesn’t mean when choose AB you can train in
Golems, DS can still too… so don’t get stuck deciding what to choose.

I wont give you too much math stuff or about damage calculations but to
me Double Shot has more stable damage than Arrow Blow. This is VERY
important to us Bowman since we have an unstable damage with our
regular attack. Both arrows can have a Critical Shot skills so damage
goes up form time to time. The 2 mp Consumption is not that big problem
since the ratio between Arrow Blow and DS is 8:1 (means if you
constantly fire DS evey 8 shots AB can do 9 shots). on the other hand
since this skill fires 2 arrow (130% each) you’ll be draining alot of
arrows bolts at the start.

AB is one powerful shot pure 260% attack plus Critical Shot! at Some
people like this skill because if you happen to dealt a certain damage
to enemies, the enemy gets knock back (enemy flinch)then you can fire
more! because DS has half half damage per Arrow you’ll have a hard time
flinching enemies until your high leveled.

Although the damage is fairly equal example your AB can fire 1000
Damage and DS can fire 500 and another 500.

DS gets more chance of critical shot and AB goes with max damage if you
got critical shot. DS can still knockback monsters once you get to higher
level (45ish i can knockback Wraiths)

Example: the monster Golem can only be knockback at a certain damage
around 1k+ AB can deal 1k+ damage, DS can deal 1k+ but the damage is
delt from 2 arrows. To make enemy flinch the damage must be done from
one source only so this means AB can make your enemy flinch if you got
a damage 1k up. on the plus side for DS since DS usually get a Stable
Damage if you spam DS the Golem easily dies.

Also if you choose to have Final Attack when you reach Crossbowman
class then both of this skill can have extra Damage. if you have DS
then you can knock back enemy by Final Attack since its has 250% damage
if max.

In the end its almost same… but if you still can’t decide go with
Double Shot, im using it and im having no problem with it. In my opinion
this skill fits perfectly well also if you think about it, it has more
MP consumption so its probably stronger.

This is my initial build for my Crossbowman. There are not other build
for Crossbowman other than this and Arow Blow Build. As you can see
when you reach level 24 you save your skill points (dont distribute it
just yet) the reason is because if you add another skill point to DS
the MP cost will double and the damage you can deal with enemy is not
that great, this will save you more MP thus making your traning faster.
in addition to that, the enemy you fight is all same so you don’t need
a stronger attack until later.

You can put anywhere you like for the last 9 skill points you like, I
just decided to put in in Focus since Blessing of Amazon is not
practical (Focus also add Avoid). And making 10 Arrow Blow is also not
parctical considering im using DS all the time and it’s much stronger
because it’s mastered.

A friend of mine told me that you can put the last free skill point
in Blessing of Amazon since you actually don’t use Focus (now that
i think about it, hes actually correct) so its best to put it in a
Passive skill that is always in effect.

Level 10 -15 Green Slime at Ellina, Use a melee weapon instead of
Crossbows/bow. (from Ellina, exit the top most portal (left) then 2
maps).
Level 15 - 20 Slime is still ok, you can probably kill them in a few
hits, Orange Mushroom, Pig (from pig beach check hidden street
locations from other guide).
Level 20 - 25 Pig, Pig’s with Ribbon (both can be found at pig beach),
Green Mushroom can be hard at first (Henesys left exit then go 2 maps
up, Ellina lower left exit), Party Quest at Kerning City is also a
good source.
Level 25-30 Green Mushroom, Horny Mushroom (from Ellina, exit the top
most portal (left) then 3 maps then find a tree trunk that has a hole
in it then enter that), Zombie Mushroom at Ant tunnel in Sleepywood
(use a scroll to teleport to Sleepywood), Party Quest is also a good
source.

CROSSBOWMAN MS018

Once you reach level 30 then you can upgrade your class to either a
Crossbowman or a Hunter. In this case we choose Crossbowman. To be a
Crossbowman you need to go the the same place where you first became a
Bowman (Remember Henesys, Mushroom park, ect…). Talk to the lady
inside the Bowman Guild (Athena Pierce), She will give you a letter that needs
to be pass to another another NPC. to find this another NPC go to TOP
Rigth side exit of Henesys town. Check you mini map to locate the NPC,
Shes at the Upper Right Corner of the map. Talk to her and give the
Letter that you got from Helena. before you go STOCK YOUR SELF with all
the neccesary stuffs like White Potions, MP potions, Arrow bolts.

Once your prepared with all supplies, give the Letter to the
Instructor. She will transport you to a small map filled with Cursed
Eye monster (I think they are weakened a little), you have to kill this
monster an collect the Marble they drop (its pretty much offten).Try
killing one at a time, don’t force your self in to a small flat form
filled with this guys. If your having trouble killing them change your
Channel. Collect 30 of this Marbles then return to the NPC in the same
map, She will give you the “Prof of Hero”. Bring this item to Athena Pierce at
Henesys. Athena Pierce then will let you choose between a Crossbowman or a
Hunter (be careful). Select Crossbowman and thats it, your stats will
be boosted and you get 1 skill point.
