We sincerely apologize, but we have made a gross error in our last notice about the “Mushroom House: Employee Elf” item. 

There was a bug in the item since its release.  However, we made a mistake in describing the item in the previous notice.

The Mushroom House item expires at the end of its expiration period.  Once it is opened, a Mushroom House item can stay opened for a maximum of 24 hours.  After 24 hours, the Employee Elf will automatically close the shop and return the Mushroom House item to your inventory.  Once the item has reached its time of expiration, it is removed from the inventory like all cash items.  If your Mushroom House expires before you can collect your goods from it, simply go to the NPC, Fredrick, to claim your belongings. 

During the last patch a mistake was made in the expiration period for the Mushroom House item.  The items were mistakenly set to expire 90 days from the point of purchase.  We will be resetting the expiration period to the intended duration term.  A “One Day” Mushroom House item will be set to expire 24 hours (one day) after the point of purchase.  A “Seven Day” Mushroom House item will be set to expire 168 hours (7 days) from the point of purchase.  The item will be removed from the inventory at expiration regardless of the number of hours used. 

We will do the following to remedy the situation:

1)       Reset the expiration dates on all Mushroom House items purchased to the intended expiration dates.  “One Day” Mushroom House items will be set to expire 24 hours from the next server check.  “Seven Day” Mushroom House items will be set to expire seven days from the next server check.

2)       All purchases of the “Mushroom House: Employee Elf” prior to the server check will be given a full refund in Maple Points.

Mushroom House: Employee Elf

There is a bug in the “Mushroom House: Employee Elf” item. This item is a time consumable item that should expire after the sooner of 1) expiration period or 2) the fully consumed usage time. 

The Mushroom House item is sold with two different usage times: 24 hours (1 day) or 168 hours (7 days).  Once the usage time is all consumed, the item should be automatically removed from your item inventory. The remaining usage time can be checked by opening the Mushroom House.

The current bug gave users unlimited use of this item.  The “Mushroom House: Employee Elf” item will be taken out of the Cash Shop until the bug is fixed. Users who have already purchased this item will be able to use it in its unintended form until the bug is fixed. We apologize for this inconvenience.
