Equipment Forging

You can go to Blacksmith Smithy (902,3495) in Shaitan City to forge your equipment. Equipment can be forged providing it has at least 1 socket on it. Every socket can only contain 1 type of gems. The ingredients to forge a piece of equipment are: one attribute Gem and one Refining Gem. No matter the forging result is successful or failed the Gems used will disappear after forging. (P.S.: The level of attribute Gem must be one level higher than the existing attribute Gem in the equipment. The level of Refining Gem must one level higher than the forging level).Only weapons of Lv 40 and above will shine when equipped. There’s a rate of failure in attribute Gems when forging Lv4. If the forging is failed, only the Gems used will disappear.                     

Equipments that can be forged
Monsters will drop equipment that might have sockets on them. Only equipment with at least 1 socket can be forged.

Socket Count: Equipment must have at least 1 socket in order to forge!

Forging Procedure
1. First, you need to have a piece of weapon, armor, glove or shoe with a socket. After that, you will need to have 1 attribute Gem and 1 Refining Gem with level matching that of the equipment. Example: You need a +5 Blade of Enigma, Lv 6 Eye of the Black Dragon and Lv 6 Refining Gem in order to make a +6 Blade of Enigma.

2. Talk to Blacksmith Smithy in Shaitan City at (902, 3495) and select the option Forge to open up Forging Interface.

1. Place weapons, armors, gloves or shoe into the first slot.
2. Place attribute gem into the second slot.
3. Place Refining Gem (catalyst) into the third slot.
4. Forging Fee: 100000G x level of item.

Example: To forge an item from +4 to +5 requires 5 x 100000G = 500000G.

Forging Interface

Equipment level is not dependant on Gem level. For instance,
1. To make a new piece of equipment to +1 requires one Lv 1 attribute Gem, one Lv 1 Refining Gem and 100000G.
2. To make a +1 equipment to +2 requires one Lv 2 attrbute Gem, one Lv 2 Refining Gem and 200000G
Please note: Sealed equipment will lose its forging bonus if you unseal it at the researcher.

Regarding Sockets and Forging
1. A piece of equipment can have up to a maximum of 3 sockets.
2. The number of sockets determine the amount of different type of gems that can be forged onto the equipment

3. To make a piece of equipment +X, you will to have one Lv X Refining Gem. However, the total level of attribute Gems only need to be X.
4. There is a certain rate of failure when forging gem. It is calculated with respect to each socket.


Example 1:

2 sockets +3 Short Sword with a Lv 3 Fiery Gem in the first socket. To make a +4 Short Sword, you will need to have one Lv 4 Refining Gem and one Lv 1 Gem of Rage to make it with 100 success rate.

Example 2:
3 sockets +4 Nightmare Vest with a Lv 3 Shining Gem in the first socket, Lv 1 Glowing Gem in the second socket. To make a +5 Nightmare Vest, you will need to have one Lv 5 Refining Gem and one Lv 1 Gem of Colossus to make it with 100 success rate.

Gem Combining Introduction

Grocer Amos at Shaitan City sells Combining Scroll for players to combine their gems. Players will need 2 gems of the same type and level in order to combine. Gem combining will have a certain rate of failure when combining to Lv 4 or higher.
Please Note£­All Gems or Scroll cannot be stacked in your inventory.

Combining Procedure

 

Step 1

Talk to Grocer Amos at Shaitan and select [Combine].

Step 2

Place the combining scroll at the slot on the top.

Step 3

Insert 2 attribute Gems or Refining Gems of the same level into the left and right slot.

Step 4

Each combining requires a fee of 50000G.

Combining Scroll: (Price: 5000G each, can be bought from NPC Amos.)

Below is the basic introduction to Item Mall Apparel

Name

Details

Fusion Scroll

A required scroll for Apparel Fusion. Can be obtained from treasure map, treasure chest, class quest, fortune lot, salvage, sea monsters or Item Mall.

Equipment

Original armor, helm, gloves, boots or weapons that players wish to fuse with.

Apparel

To overwrite appearances and effectiveness of original equipment. Can be obtained from Item Mall.

Fusion Catalyst

If original equipment has existing gems imbued in it, player will need to add in a Fusion Catalyst if not the attributes will not be retained. Can be obtained from Item Mall.

Apparel Fusion Procedure

1. Talk to Blacksmith Smithy in Shaitan City at (902, 3495) and select [Apparel Fusion].

2. Place [Fusion Scroll], [Apparel], [Equipment] and [Fusion Catalyst] as shown below.

Note: If [Equipment] has been imbued with gems before, you will have to insert a [Fusion Catalyst] as well in order to retain the gems attribute. However, if [Equipment] has never undergone any forging process, you do not need to insert the [Fusion Catalyst].

3. Apparel Fusion fee: [Equipment] level requirement x 10000G. Example:

Dazzling Sword requires Lv 50 to use. 50 x 10000G = 500000G.

4. Success rate of Apparel Fusion is 100. After Apparel Fusion process, original [Equipment] will disappear and replaced with [Apparel] which has the attribute of the original [Equipment].

Apparel Fusion Restriction

1. Only items of same type and character requirement as the apparel can be fused.

Both item stated above can be fused together.

Example 2

[Equipment] Battle Armor of Sistine (Lance)
[Apparel] Wild Caveman Robe (Carsise)
Both item stated above cannot be fused together.

Example 3

[Equipment] Raging Bull Tattoo (Armor)
[Apparel] Wild Caveman Gloves (Gloves)
Both item stated above cannot be fused together.

2. There is no limit to the number of times that a piece of equipment can be fused with Item Mall Apparel. If existing fused equipment undergo another Apparel Fusion, it will only loses its effectiveness level.

Apparel Fusion End Result

1. Original equipment name and appearance will be overwritten by Item Mall Apparel while retaining original attributes.

2. Apparel Fusion will not fail in any case.

3. Apparel items after fusion will be at Lv 0 with 80 effectiveness of original attribute. It can be upgraded to a maximum of Lv 15 with 110 effectiveness.

4. Fused equipment will still retain class, level and character requirement of original equipment.

5. Special attribute from unique set will no longer take effect after Apparel Fusion. Example: Black Dragon set bonus effect.
