links. They removed them and added http downloads which are limited to ppl in korea. Well i wun explain much on this for theres quite abit of jargons here and there.
Heres something…..hope it helps.

I bring you this small guide to downloading the new 1021 setup files.
1) Open Mozilla Firefox and go to the proxy settings
2) For HTTP put 164.124.191.28 port 80
3) Then download off the kRO website at will
you need Mozilla Firefox. http://www.mozilla.org
for IE:
goto: Tools–>Internet Options–>Connections–>LAN Settings
Check the “Use a proxy server for your LAN” checkbox do that for the “Bypass proxy for local addresses” as well…
input 164.124.191.28 in the address and 80 in the port
apply the settings and it should work fine in IE
For Opera 7.X or maybe just download Opera itself, go [ Tools > Preferences… > Proxy Servers ]
than click the HTTP and enter this IP 211.34.4.188 Port 80
if you completed to setup the proxy please click the website to download KRO or KRO Sakray [ 1021 ]

To get these attampt to download the files off of the korean ragnarok site(www.ragnarokonline.com then click korea). 3.Once you have attempted to download you should get a popup from DAP about the file not being there and should give you 1 or more laternate download links. 4.Finish downloading these files and then install them kRO then SAKRAY. 5.Once installed you will need to turn on I.E. then click tools>> internet options>> connections then LAN settings at the bottom. 6.Check the “Use proxy server for your LAN” option and also the “Bypass proxy server” box at the bottom once first one is checked. 7.Insert 164.124.191.28 into the address box and 80 into the port box then click ok. 8.Now start up the ragnarok.exe and it should hopefully start patching. Once finished do the same for SAKRAY.exe and there ya go you have successfully update ragnarok. Now you have dont this go back to the LAN setting as mentioned above and uncheck “Use proxy server for your LAN” so you can browse the net normally and check it |
