We have worked with Hotmail to resolve our email issues.  We are hopeful that our fix will put us in compliance with Hotmail’s regulations.  Due to the high volume of registrations, Hotmail has labeled our emails as SPAM.

The problem has been resolved and users should not experience difficulty in receiving verification emails using Hotmail accounts.  We are still working with Yahoo and other mail providers to resolve the existing block on our verification emails.

Please check your SPAM folder for the verification emails and mark any emails from MapleStory as “not SPAM”.  This will help to avoid future blocks.
