How ur stats work, a guide for newbie

Again, something i posted in mro-community before.
Here goes:

ATK bonus:(STR/10)^2
If uses bow, STR +5:ATK +1

AGI +1:FLEE +1
FLEE is shown by 2 figures: XX+YY, AGI only affects the “XX” part.
FLEE rate formula:
Flee Rate(%)=20 + FLEE[self] - HIT[target] [max 95%]
ASPD formula:
ASPD=200-(250 - AGI - DEX/4)/250*(200 - base ASPD)*(1 - @) [1 decimal places]

2 Hand Quicken=0.3
Center Potion=0.1
Awakening Potion=0.15
Berserk Potion=0.2
Base ASPD:

Base ASPD for Dual Dagger Sin:
Base ASPD=200 - {1.4*(Left hand weapon’s Base ASPD + Right hand weapon’s Base ASPD)/2}
Below is how much ur ASPD will increase by adding either 1 point of AGI or 1 point of DEX when ur Base ASPD is at a certain figure:
