Basic StavesIt is worth noting that as these staves are intended for beginners, there are no requirements to wield them. Elemental Staves The basic staves have no wield requirements so even if you are starting out, you can still have an unlimited supply of certain runes through use of an elemental staff. Please remember the type of staff it is represents what runes you will NOT need (ie: Staff of fire requires no fire runes)
