To continue with our wave of rule enforcement, we have recently sanctioned numerous players who cheated by modifying the files from their game client, since that clearly goes against our Terms of Service.
Up to now, we’ve banned the accounts of more than a hundred cheaters and have warned a few hundred players.
Many of them were surprised to receive a warning, simply because they had lent their account to other players without being aware that these people were cheating. Remember: lending your account is also proscribed, so if you ignore our indications and lend it anyway, you take on full responsibility for the other person’s actions. The support will not be lenient in this matter.
