These Fish Poachers secretly catch fish and sell them without the approval from the Riverside Plains. These troublemakers don’t care much for rules and regulations and often attack travelers who wander too close to them. The harpoons they use to catch fish are often seen stabbing and injuring many citizens of the YooJung area. |

These Net Fish Poachers travel often with their harpoon-toting counterparts. They are equally vicious but slightly stronger than the Harpoon Fish Poachers. Their aggressive viciousness is known throughout YooJung and they use their nets to catch and attack their enemies. |

These underground dwellers were once stirred to action by the Chaos faction and now harbor a grudge against The Order. Though they are known for their strength and aggressiveness, because they are still young, they lack the strength that the older, more mature tunnelers have. |

These Monks follow the Lotus School of thought and can be distinguished by their outfits which only reveal their eyes. These monks carry two small blades and attack travelers that wander too far from the road. |

These Monks have lost their way and have now fallen deep into the bottle and feminine charms. They carry around their riding crops and attack anyone that comes too close to them. |

These Gangsters are the biggest nuisance in the YooJung area. They attack travelers and tourists to steal their money and valuables and attack people who don’t listen to their demands with an axe. |

These Gangsters travel with the Axe Gangsters and cause just as much trouble as their counterparts. Though their targets are usually the same, the Mace Gangsters are slightly stronger and more vicious. It is wise to exercise caution when approaching these individuals. |

| He is the merchant of YooJung. He is aged but he is sharp with his calculations and sleek with his style. If anyone cheats him or steals his money, he’ll chase them to the end of the world to show them a taste of his double-shurikens. |

| Banker Chris |

| Once a great fighter, he retired from the martial realm after a loved one left him. He seems to be simply running a small bank, but when he spots an outstanding martial artist of the Order he assigns them a task and reward accordingly. |

| A member of the Pet Organization. He is sent over to manage pets in Riverside Plains. 2nd promotion quests are given by him for the Order, and you can purchase pet-related items. |
