Kamadan and Lion’s Arch will be decorated for the festival, but Shing Jea Monastery is the place to be on Sunday, February 18th, where special events take place every three hours starting at 12:01 a.m. PST (8:01 GMT), with the final event beginning at 12:01 PST (8:01 GMT) on Monday, February 19.
