Dear fellow pirates, we’re very sorry that  some bugged pets have been given out as awards to Activity Scheme Collecting winners due to the misoperation of our award delivery staff.

Although we’ve tried our best to call back the bugged pets the moment  we realized the mistake, some of them have already been resold in the market in game.

We want to apologize for this again and to fix the problem thoroughly, we are going to open an exchange period for pirates who have got bugged pets to exchange. And the time will be:

Rainbow Isle: ET (GMT-4) 21:00-22:00, June 15th at (2287，2734), Argent

Mermaid Isle: ET (GMT-4) 22:00-23:00, June 15th at (2287，2734), Argent

Coral Isle: ET (GMT-4) 23:00-00:00 June 15th at (2287，2734), Argent

Penguin Isle: EST (GMT-4) 04:00-05:00 June 16th at (2287，2734), Argent

Treasure Isle: ET (GMT-4) 07:00-08:00 June 16th at (2287，2734), Argent

Skull Isle: ET (GMT-4) 08:00-09:00 June 16th at (2287，2734), Argent

So, if you find your pet is a bugged pet (the pet could not level up at all after having energy food), you could come and have it exchanged during that period of time; if you could not catch up the time, you could later use Live Support to contact GM at anytime convenient to you.

Please notice that during that period of time, we will exchange an original pet (full Stamina and full Growth, but no Basic Attributes and no Skills) to you. If you have bought any items for the bugged pets, you could send E-mail to topgm@igg.com and list the detailed items to us, we’ll compensate all your loss to you very soon.
