Dear fellow pirates, due to version conflict, we’ve detected a bug regarding the “sealed & unsealed” items in Union War: according to the game setting, for all sealed items, the unsealing was supposed to be 100 percent success, but so far, for some unsealed items, the unsealing may result in failure.

To solve the problem, we’ll release an update patch in early September.

Before the update, if you’ve got the sealed items and all the required materials, and you want to unseal them, you could contact online GM via Live Support, in game GM Sky110 will find you at NPC Head Researcher (the coordinate is (808, 3613) Shaitan City) and exchange an unsealed item for you.
