Where in the real life world do you live? I live in the capital of New York, Albany.

How long have you played Star Wars Galaxies? I’ve been playing since Beta3. I played just before the CU hit to try other MMO’s.

What other MMOs have you played? I’ve played World of Warcraft, PlanetSide, and City of Heroes.

What type of work do you do? I was recently hired as a Network Security Analyst.

How long is your typical gaming session when playing Star Wars Galaxies? When I actually play, it’s about 4-6 hours depending what’s going on. Sometimes longer.

What does a typical Star Wars Galaxies day consist of for you? Ever since treasure maps were implemented, I’ve been foraging nonstop every time I’m on. Is it boring? Absolutely. But I tell myself I’m going to loot class bracelets just to keep going. When I’m not foraging for treasure maps, I’m PvPing.

What was the race and profession of your very first character? I was a Trandoshan teras kasi artist.

What got you into gaming and what sort of games do you like the most? It all started when I was on MSNGamingZone.com and saw a whole bunch of players online playing one game. This was back in ‘96 when I first started online play. I’m a traditional FPS gamer who’s played Rainbow Six, Counter Strike, Battlefield 1942, 2, 2142… you get the idea. The thing that got me into MMOs was when my brother applied for the SWG beta and he got in and I didn’t. They gave him a buddy key and he gave it to me and here I am today.

What other hobbies or activities do you take part in, other then playing Star Wars Galaxies? I’m an avid skater (aggressive skating) and baseball player. I’m kind of a movie person too.

What is your highest character level in Star Wars Galaxies? CL 90 - My medic and my domestic goods trader.

What race and profession is your main character? My main character is a human medic.

What do you like the most about the profession you have chosen for your main character? The medic class through my eyes is the most important role in this game. I enjoy playing in groups and knowing that I can keep them alive. I also enjoy Serotonin Purge (I’m going to take heat for this).

What faction is your main character? I am Imperial.

What is your favorite player owned ship? My favorite is the TIE Fighter. It’s the only ship I can use.

What is your favorite ground vehicle? BARC Command Vehicle.

How did you choose your main character’s name? No, I’m not Vietnamese nor was in the Vietnam war. But I did choose my name based off that and movies about Vietnam.

Which current professions in Star Wars Galaxies have you NOT played? I haven’t played spy, commando, or smuggler.

What is your favorite expansion? Trials of Obi-Wan is my favorite expansion.

What is your favorite planet? My favorite planet is Endor.

What is your favorite NPC? Seeing as how Billy Dee isn’t in the game, I’d have to say Jabba the Hutt.

Which expansion do you like the least? I like Rage of the Wookies the least.

Which planet do you like the least? Kashyyyk.

Which NPC do you like the least? Darth Vader is my least favorite.

What is the most credits you have ever spent on purchasing a single item for one of your characters? I’m about to spend 200 million credits on a pet.

Do you have an item you no longer use but keep around for nostalgic reasons? If so, what is it and why do you keep it? For those on Starsider who remember, I have a R2 droid that reminds me of a horrible day in game. I keep it because it started a “Free-Nam” revolution.

What do you like best about Star Wars Galaxies? That I can kill Wookiees over and over again. And I like my medic heals too.

What do you get out of playing Star Wars Galaxies? I impress the ladies by saying I know the ways of the Force. Does it work? Never. But I do enjoy being able to do whatever I want in game.

Describe your best experience playing Star Wars Galaxies. It’d have to be when I very first played. I was a teras kasi master at the time and two other TKMs and I went into Anchorhead and killed every Rebel. I thought doing those karate moves on someone else was the coolest thing ever.
