How to get the items in-game after purchase from item mall in the official site?

1. Left click NPC called Warehouse Manager as you see;
                                                              
2. Select ‘Prize-taking’;
                                       
3. Then, choose ‘Please help me to check whether there is any new prize’;
                                      
4. Left click ‘Back’;
                                      
5. Click ‘Settle prize-taking formalities’;
                                       
6. Select the item you bought;
                                      
7. Left click ‘Back’ return to the main menu;
                                      
8. Choose ‘Prize-taking’ again;
                                      
9. Select the item you bought in the item mall;
                                      
10. There should be a item selected notice after pull down successfully；
                                      
11. Check your package out, the item you bought should be there at all;
