During the last patch, two pet items, the Rudolph Hat and the Ribbon, were affected by a bug. Since the patch they are not equippable on the Rudolph pet (other pets are not affected).

This bug applies to any Rudolph pets trying to equip these two items.  The bug will be fixed at the next patch.

For users that have purchased a Rudolph AND purchased either the Ribbon or the Rudolph hat BEFORE the “Big Update” patch, we will extend the expiration date of the two pet items to make up for lost time due to the bugs.

Other users are advised not to buy these items for their Rudolph pets.

Also, we will provide 1,000 bonus MaplePoints to the users affected by this bug at the sometime prior to the next patch.
