In a worrying of prevention and to limit in-game abuses, Ankama Games now wishes to inform you with more details of its policy and of the DOFUS rules.

For that, the first step is to inform you of the different sanctions that players who overstep the rules can face. Every player will be warned about what expects him if he does not respect the DOFUS charter and its General Conditions of Use.

If despite this first warning, players continue to have a harmful behavior toward DOFUS and its players, they will not be able to say they have not been warned.

Please take note that the sanctions presented are only the most important sanctions, given by the support. Other minor sanctions can be given by our moderators team. A new article will detail them during the week.
