What is your official title/position? Game Master

How long have you been working on Star Wars Galaxies?
Since before launch! The GMs at that time got to spend their time playing and learning the game before release…but, it was really working! *grins*

What profession do you like to play in SWG?
Commando! I picked this because I’ve always liked being a tank class. I have a level 90 Commando. I have an Entertainer alt, but everyone does, right?

Do you solo or play with others?
Both; I usually play with my guild PvPing if I’m not out soloing. If I am soloing it’s usually a time I’m grinding.

What is the most rewarding experience you have had working in customer service?
I think it’s whenever I am able to locate an item that isn’t easy to find. For example, something that was lost eons ago. It’s a great feeling to do that and make someone really happy.

What is the oddest request you have had from a player?
The strangest is being asked to change a characters sex. Most people make characters of the gender they want to play, and I’m unsure why they would want to change that after-the-fact.

What do you like to do most in your free time?
I’m married with two little girls so I spend time with them, but once they are in bed I play games! In fact, my eldest daughter has learned to play one of our games sitting next to me so we make that ‘dad and daughter’ time. At the moment, aside from SWG, I enjoy playing Company of Heroes, Madden Football (Go 49’ers!), Devcon and EverQuest II.
