Recently we had some server issues in which the servers were brought down for maintenance. At that time it was also announced that as a result some cash shop users may have experienced item loss, or other problems related to the server issue.
These issues have been addressed. Cash shop users should all have been reimbursed the lost Nexon Cash items in the form of MaplePoints. Those who own pets will also notice 2400 additional MaplePoints to cover the cost of purchasing water of life for their pets. If you have experienced this issue, and were not compensated as described, please contact customer service for assistance. Please remember that we have extensive records of our cash transactions, and any fraudulent claims will be treated as such.
Additionally there has been a small number of players who have either not received their ring after marriage, or did not get their receipt after the reservation process. The issue has been corrected, and this will be fixed after our next patch. Those of you who have had this issue will be compensated at that time.
