This is a far from completed housing guide. I say far from completed because we simply don?t know all the answers yet. So here is what I do know, thus far from buying a plot, to collecting the resources/crafters/housing types, naming, permissions, upkeep, and a few tips. I hope this helps a few players shopping for that first home in Telon.

Houses
There are three continents in Telon and, therefore, three styles of houses: Kojani, Thestran and Qalian. You cannot place a Qalian home on Thestra, for example.

Plot Costs
These range from 2.5 gold to up to 50 platinum ( for a guild house).

Housing Components
You need an artificer to make bricks, a carpenter to make walls, a blacksmith to make iron fastenings and an outfitter to make windows. Mortar can be purchased from a housing vendor. Some walls, bricks, fasteners and windows have been seen on Thestran vendors.

What components do I need?
That depends on the style house you build, and the size. The housing plan will list the components you need.

Upkeep
The amount of upkeep depends on the value of the plot and the size of your finished home. But even an empty plot has an upkeep cost. This amount is due weekly.

Furniture
Can Qalian furniture be placed in Kojani homes?
Yes!
